Designer and Developer Experience
Team enablement is a big part of the Fusion team. Figma and code were kept as close as possible and developer experience was considered on every spec. Adoption was measured across teams, keeping an eye on component usage rates and design debt reduction.

A design system at enterprise level is as good as its culture. Teams need to trust us. I had the pleasure of developing the Fusion brand, to promote visibility across teams and different channels. Our adoption and enablement got stronger.

ODC Portal, ODC Studio, Workflows and Mentor. All OutSystems internal tools are within Fusion’s ecosystem. The Design System team worked cross-platform with different engineering teams to enable token usage and component adoption.
Live custom sandbox tool
For OutSystems’ low-code components, we supported a custom sandbox tool, so developers, designers and stakeholders can be on the same page, test supported props and find relevant documentation for easy implementation.
