Requirement sessions
Rand’s product was drowning in features with no telemetry to guide product decisions. Getting requirements meant asking the right questions and running field research sessions with drivers. What came out was a more intuitive product that got better ratings and sales.
Impact and iteration
Had the opportunity to interview a large pool of users. After working on different journeys and deliveries, the team was able to provide continuous assistance and iteration based on impact and feedback.
